Buy.Design Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms for using design assets and resources (“Assets”) provided by Buy.Design. By purchasing, subscribing, or downloading any Assets, you (“Licensee”) agree to these terms. For questions, contact us at contact@buy.design.

1. Introduction
‍‍
This Agreement applies to:
• Subscriptions (Individual and Team).
• Single-product purchases.
• Free products.All rights to the Assets remain with Buy.Design (“Licensor”), and the Licensee is granted limited rights to use the Assets under the terms specified in this Agreement.

2. Licensing Options
‍
A. Subscription Licenses
‍
- Individual Subscription ($99/year):
• For one user only.
• Non-transferable and restricted to the purchaser.

- Team Subscription ($199/year):
• For teams of up to 10 members.
• Access must stay within the purchasing organization or team.

B. Single-Product Purchases
• Grants a perpetual license for the purchased product.
• Updates or new features are not included unless specified.

C. Free Products:
• Commercially usable for personal and client projects.
• Provided “as is” with no guaranteed updates or support.
• Prohibited from redistribution or inclusion in resalable products.

3. Rights Granted

You are granted the following rights for purchased or downloaded Assets:
• Use Assets for personal or commercial projects, including websites, apps, marketing, and presentations.
• Modify Assets for project-specific needs.
• No attribution is required, though appreciated for free products.

4. Restrictions
‍
You may NOT:
1. Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share Assets in original or modified forms.
2. Include Assets in competing products for sale.
3. Share subscription access or login credentials with unauthorized individuals.


5. Ownership
‍
Buy.Design retains all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any Assets.

6. Refund Policy
‍
Due to the nature of digital products:
• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Subscriptions provide access for the purchase duration (1 year).
• Single-product purchases are perpetual.

7. Termination
‍
This Agreement is terminated if:
• Terms are violated.
• Subscriptions expire or are canceled.Upon termination, you must delete all downloaded Assets. Assets from single-product purchases and free downloads remain licensed under their respective terms.

8. Liability
‍
Assets are provided “as is” without warranties. Buy.Design is not liable for any damages arising from use or misuse.

9. Updates and Modifications
‍
Buy.Design may update this Agreement or modify the Assets. Continued use of the Assets implies acceptance of updated terms.
