Urbit is a groundbreaking peer-to-peer OS and network that empowers users with complete ownership and control of their digital experience. Designed to replace centralized platforms, Urbit offers a decentralized and user-friendly interface for communication, collaboration, and community building.
Working with dcSpark, I led the design and development of three key browser extensions that enhanced Urbit’s functionality and usability:
Urbit Visor: Transforms web browsers into fully integrated Urbit clients, bridging traditional web tools with Urbit’s decentralized functionality.
Twitter UV: Integrates Twitter seamlessly into Urbit, enabling users to archive threads and share tweets directly within their Urbit environment.
Urbit Dashboard: Offers a user-friendly interface for managing and editing Urbit-hosted data, streamlining data organization.
